# Your data stays yours.

This policy explains what information Devia collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

## 01 Data we collect

Account details (name, work email, role), usage data of the platform, and manufacturing quality records you choose to connect, such as deviations, batch records and CAPA data.

## 02 How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service: running investigations, generating reports and supporting your users. We never sell data or use customer records to train models for other customers.

## 03 Where it is stored

Data is hosted in the EU by default, with regional hosting available. Processing follows GDPR and the Swiss FADP.

## 04 Retention

Quality records are kept for the retention period defined in your contract and GMP requirements, then securely deleted.

## 05 Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting devia@visium.com.
